Coated TeWa acupuncture needles with a metal tube handle and a guide tube.

The surface coating, which was developed specifically for medical instruments, ensures good puncture and glide properties.

  • Traditional Japanese steel handle
  • Needle made of corrosion-resistant medical-grade steel
  • A virtually painless injection thanks to the needle's injection-friendly tip geometry and an additional surface coating
  • with guide tubes
  • Sterile, individually packaged in blister packs
  • Pack of 100 acupuncture needles
  • CE-certified medical device (CE0123)
  • Made in China

Acupuncture needles with metal tube handles are also called Japanese acupuncture needles. Unlike coiled wire handles, the sturdy metal handles—which are pressed onto the needle—are rigid. Due to their conductivity, the metal handles are also suitable for electrical stimulation therapy. Electrical clamps stay securely attached to the handle even without an eyelet. Acupuncture needles with a metal tube handle feature a high-quality silicone coating and a precisely ground tip, which allows for a virtually painless insertion. Guide tubes are available as an option, and the needles are packaged in a variety of formats, ranging from individual blister packs to Speed-Packs containing multiple needles per blister. Each package is color-coded to indicate the needle diameter. This allows you to conveniently and safely locate the desired needle size during acupuncture treatment.

To be used only by qualified personnel. Medical devices may be installed, operated, used, and maintained only by persons who have the necessary training, knowledge, and experience. (Section 2(2) MPBetreibV)
