About us

CT&T Medical GmbH (the company was renamed from China TCM Trading GmbH, www.chinatrading.ch to CT&T Medical GmbH in 2021)
was founded in Freienbach in 2003. From the very beginning, we have pursued a clear goal: to reliably import medical supplies for doctors of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) and make them available in Switzerland. Today, we are a specialized partner for quality, safety and expertise in the field of medical products - exclusively for medical professionals such as hospitals, medical practices and therapists in Switzerland.

Our business areas

1. manufacture of medical devices

We develop and produce selected medical devices in accordance with Swiss and European quality and safety standards.
Our quality management system is certified in accordance with ISO 13485. This internationally recognized standard for medical devices confirms our structured processes, our consistent quality control and our compliance with regulatory requirements. Our own product line is marketed under the protected brand names HerbaChaud and Shoosh and stands for proven quality, safety and practicality.

2. import and direct sales

Another focus is on the import and direct sale of medical products and supplementary items such as
hygiene and physiotherapy supplies that are needed in everyday practice. Since our foundation, we have placed particular emphasis on acupuncture needles. As an official Swiss importer, we represent the following brands in Switzerland:

HWATO (since 2003)
SEIRIN (since 2004)
DONGBANG (since 2011)
TEWA (since 2016)
SHOOSH (since 2017)

These acupuncture needles are sold exclusively to medical professionals and exclusively within Switzerland.
