A) Shipping Costs
DPD: CHF 9.95 (weight-based, delivery in 1–2 business days)
Post Economy: starting at Fr 9.95 (depending on weight, delivery in 3–5 business days)
Post Priority: starting at Fr 12.95 (depending on weight, delivery within 1–2 business days)
Post Priority: starting at Fr 12.95 (depending on weight, delivery within 1–2 business days)
Free shipping on orders of CHF 150 or more (excl. VAT)
(EU: We do not ship packages outside of Switzerland and Liechtenstein)
B) Which carrier is used for shipping, and can I track my shipment?
We ship all orders via DPD Courier (in-person delivery during business hours) or Swiss Post.
C) When does my order leave the warehouse?
Your order normally leaves our warehouse on the day it is placed (for orders placed by 11:00 a.m.). Delivery times vary depending on the shipping service you choose:
DPD: 1–2 business days—package for in-person pickup
Swiss Post Prio: 1–2 business days
Swiss Post Eco: 3–5 business days
D) Can the shipping address be different from the billing address?
Yes—when you complete your order, you have the option to specify a delivery address that is different from the billing address.
E) What are the payment and delivery terms?
In our store, you can pay with all major credit cards, Twint, and PayPal. For repeat customers, we offer payment by invoice (payable within 30 days) for orders totaling at least CHF 60.00. Alternatively, as a new customer, you can also select the “Prepayment” option and transfer the invoice amount to the following IBAN account, specifying the order number:

F) Can I return the merchandise, and who covers the costs?
If you are not satisfied with the merchandise, you may return it (in its original, unopened condition) to the warehouse address below within 10 days of receipt. You are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returns. For more information on returns, please see our Terms and Conditions. If the merchandise is defective, please notify us as soon as possible, but no later than 10 days after receiving your order. Please always include a copy of the invoice with your return. Returns must be sent only to our warehouse address!
