Shipping policy

DPD: from Fr 9.80 / parcel (up to 30kg, delivery within 24h - order before 12:00 noon)

Post Economy: Fr 10.95 / parcel (up to 30kg, delivery within 3 -4 working days)
Post Prio: Fr 13.95 / parcel (up to 30kg, delivery within 24h - order before 12:00 noon)

Exception: Cover paper is always charged per box CHF 5.95

(EU: We do not send parcels outside Switzerland + FL)

We ship all orders with DPD courier (personal delivery during business hours) or with Swiss Post. When shipping with DPD, you will receive a track & trace link with your parcel in the order email from DPD. You can track it and also customize the delivery location directly with DPD (drop-off authorization, drop box, etc.). Swiss Post shipments are sent without providing the Track & Trace number.

Your goods normally leave our warehouse on the day of order (orders placed by 12:00 noon). The delivery time depends on the selected delivery service:

DPD: 1 - 2 working days - parcel against personal delivery

Swiss Post Eco: 3 - 5 working days

Yes - when completing the order, you have the option of specifying a delivery address that differs from the billing address.

If you are not satisfied with the goods, you can return them within 10 days of receipt (in their original, unopened condition). The shipping costs for returns are at your expense. Further information on returns can be found in our General Terms and Conditions. If the goods are faulty, please inform us as soon as possible, at the latest within 10 days of receiving your order. Please always enclose a copy of the invoice with your return. Returns only to our warehouse address!
