A) Shipping costs
DPD: Fr 9.80 (depending on weight, delivery in 1 -2 working days)
Post Economy: from Fr 7.95 (depending on weight, delivery within 3 - 5 working days)
Post Priority: from Fr 11.95 (depending on weight, delivery within 1-2 working days)
Post Priority: from Fr 11.95 (depending on weight, delivery within 1-2 working days)
Free shipping from Fr. 350.- value of goods (incl. VAT)
Exception: When ordering couch paper (cover paper), shipping costs are always charged: first box CHF 10.90, further boxes CHF 5.95.
(EU:We do not send parcels outside Switzerland + FL)
B) Who do you ship with and can I track my shipment?
We ship all orders with DPD courier (personal delivery during business hours) or with Swiss Post.
C) When does my order leave the warehouse?
Your goods normally leave our warehouse on the day of order (orders placed by 11:00 a.m.). The delivery time depends on the delivery service selected:
DPD: 1 - 2 working days - parcel against personal delivery
Swiss Post Prio: 1 - 2 working days
Swiss Post Eco: 3 - 5 working days
D) Can the delivery address differ from the billing address?
Yes - when completing the order, you have the option of specifying a delivery address that differs from the billing address.
E) What are the payment and delivery terms?
In our store you can pay with all major credit cards, Twint and Paypal. For regular customers, we offer delivery on account (payable within 30 days) from a minimum order amount of CHF 60.00. Alternatively, as a new customer you can also choose the "prepayment" option and send us the invoice amount with the order number to the following IBAN account:

Q) Can I return the goods and who bears the costs?
If you are not satisfied with the goods, you can return them within 10 days of receipt (in unopened original condition) to the warehouse address below. The shipping costs for returns are at your expense. Further information on returns can be found in our General Terms and Conditions. If the goods are faulty, please inform us as soon as possible, but at the latest within 10 days of receiving your order. Please always enclose a copy of the invoice with your return. Returns only to our warehouse address!
