Refund policy

If you are not satisfied with the goods, you can return them within 10 days of receipt (in unopened original condition). The shipping costs for returns are at your expense. Further information on returns can be found in our General Terms and Conditions. If the goods are faulty, please inform us as soon as possible, at the latest within 10 days of receiving your order. Please always enclose a copy of the invoice with your return. Returns only to our warehouse address!
