Medical professional - how can I confirm this?
We would like to point out that we are only permitted to sell these three product groups (Seirin, Dongbang and TEWA needles) to medical
specialist users or persons who are undergoing training to become medical specialists.
We kindly ask you to confirm in writing (preferably by e-mail with a copy of your registration / no. as a scan, photo attached) that you have completed a corresponding specialist user training course or are in training.
If you have placed the order for a third party with this training, please provide information/confirmation as to which person is involved.
