How to Use Cupping Massage:
Apply a small amount of massage oil or lotion to the desired area of the body. Place the cupping cup on the skin and create the necessary vacuum by squeezing or pressing down so that it adheres securely. Once a comfortable suction has been established, you can slowly move the cupping cup over the muscles—back and forth, pushing or pulling. Alternatively, you can leave it in one spot for up to three minutes to achieve intense deep stimulation of the muscles and fascia.
Especially after intense workouts, cupping can help improve blood circulation, relieve muscle tension, and support recovery.
Important Notes:
Be careful not to irritate the tissue too much. A slight reddening of the skin is normal and desirable—it indicates increased blood flow.
It can also cause isolated red spots or bruises. These often occur when muscles are severely tense. Such reactions can be beneficial, but the skin should be given a few days to recover before the treatment is repeated. Cupping is not recommended for the face. If it is performed nonetheless, it should be done very carefully and for no more than 30 seconds, as the skin in that area is particularly sensitive.
Please do not use cupping on:
- on open, bleeding, inflamed, or infected areas of skin
- for skin conditions such as dermatitis
- in cases of known blood clotting disorders (e.g., hemophilia or leukemia)
- during pregnancy, in the abdominal area
- in cases of severe chronic conditions such as heart failure, kidney failure, or severe edema
- around the eyes, ears, nose, mouth, nipples, genitals, and in sensitive vascular areas (e.g., the neck)

Our cupping cups, made of medical-grade silicone, are hygienic, durable, and gentle on the skin.
Cleaning instructions:
Wash with hot water and dish soap or antibacterial soap. Then wipe with alcohol or soak in boiling water for 2–3 minutes.
The silicone cupping heads are also dishwasher-safe.
Service life:
High-quality silicone cupping heads can last up to five years with proper care. Slight discoloration over time is normal and does not affect their function.
If it is no longer possible to generate sufficient negative pressure or if the edges become porous, the cupping head should be replaced.
