    The cinnamon-filled soles bind moisture (sweat absorption) and spread a pleasant fragrance. Your cinnamon soles adapt to your shoe and your foot. You should therefore wear separate cinnamon soles in different shoes. The cinnamon insoles work for approx. 2-3 months depending on the type of foot and use. As soon as the cinnamon scent is no longer noticeable, they should be replaced.
